An original, unsigned copy of the infamous "hair shirt" letter that '64 Fair President Robert Moses wrote to the NYC Commissioner of Traffic Henry Barnes. Moses put signs up for the Fair on city highways but Barnes declared them illegal and threatened to remove them.  The letter made news as proven by this New York Times article
